For a stable and growing family-owned company in Aalst, active in the production of high-quality products for agriculture and horticulture, we are looking for a motivated night shift operator. The company has a strong reputation both nationally and internationally, with many years of experience and modern automated production lines.

About the role & products:
You will work in a production environment where organic and organo-mineral fertilizers are produced. These products are used in agriculture, horticulture, and professional applications.

The company produces:

• Fertilizers (single and compound)
• Soil improvers
• Potting soils and substrates
• Products under its own brand as well as private label

Your responsibilities:

• Operating, setting up, and monitoring production machines
• Supervising the production process (quality, efficiency, safety)
• Performing quality checks
• Bagging and processing finished products
• Solving minor technical issues
• Performing basic maintenance
• Moving goods using a forklift/reach truck
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace
• Performing manual tasks where necessary

Profiel:

Your profile:

• You have stable work experience, preferably in production
• Technical knowledge or interest is a strong plus
• You speak English (Dutch is a plus)
• You are willing to work a fixed night shift (22:00 – 06:00)
• You are physically fit
• You can work independently and take responsibility
• A forklift and/or reach truck certificate is a plus
